Billing Information

How do I pay for my visit?

At the time of your appointment, we kindly request payment for any applicable co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible owed. We offer multiple payment options, including check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, to ensure your convenience.

Is the administration fee included with insurance?

The administration fee is not covered by your insurance. This means that you are responsible for paying this fee separately, and it is not eligible for reimbursement through your insurance plan. It is a separate charge that includes services not covered by insurance.

Is there a fee for no-show/late cancellations?

Patients who fail to confirm their appointment up to approximately 24 hours before their scheduled time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
